Universal Food Expiration Date Format

I always wondered about the important things in life and food is almost always on top. But how do we know if the food we eat didn’t expire and spoiled on us even when we do read the stamped dates that are sometimes hard to figure out.

One of the solutions is to have just one universal expire date format such as Month/Day/Year for all people in all of the countries of the world. This way the importers of goods and produces will always know if something has expired to avoid any confusion.

I also suggest using 0’s when it comes to single digits such as 06/09/2009 just to be more clear.

Sometimes such a simple idea can avoid a lot of trouble.

Yeah that’s a problem. It’s like the English and the metric systems.
